As a key member of the Absolute team since
2002, Eric is dedicated to developing and strengthening relationships
with our network of top lending institutions throughout the
U.S. Utilizing industry relationships and an in-depth knowledge
of mortgage products, Eric is able to present clients with
individually tailored mortgage packages, provide personalized
recommendations and solutions, and approve out of the ordinary
loans.
Eric holds a BS in Business Administration
from California State University in Sacramento, with a concentration
in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. His previous experience
includes positions as Account Manager for North American Title
Company in San Jose; Investment Officer for Citigroup, where
he received their prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at
the age of 28; and Director for Technology Finance Partners
in San Francisco. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Eric
is also a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors
and was named their Affiliate of the Year in 1994.
An avid oenophile, mountain biker, and golfer,
Eric lives with his wife and son in Palo Alto.
