As an integral part of AMB since 1998, Jeff
works directly with clients from inquiry to closing. Skilled
at explaining the details of loan products and processes in
plain English, Jeff draws on his significant background in
real estate and financing to develop client needs assessments,
conduct research, and present clients with a selection of
the most appropriate financial solutions. Behind the scenes,
Jeff keeps the process on track by working with appraisers,
title companies, deposit institutions and homeowners’
associations - while always being available to answer questions
and explain details.
Jeff holds a BS in Economics from the University
of the Pacific, as well as an MBA with an emphasis on Finance
and Real Estate from UC Berkeley. A licensed Real Estate Broker,
Jeff began his career as founder of Klein Real Estate in Tahoe
City, CA, then moved on to help launch and become a partner
at Property Sciences Group, which under his management became
the second-largest real estate appraisal company in the state.
An enthusiastic skier, hiker, tennis player
and motorcycle racer, Jeff can occasionally be found relaxing
at his home in San Carlos with his wife and three children. |
